Great position and quiet considering its proximity to the freeway, which is unobtrusive, light complimentary breakfast is adequate - The good location and the modest price were excellent, and I would go there again.

The location of the hotel is perfect-it is quite in the centre and very close to the sea, to the train station and etc. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff werereally friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us, evenchanging our room so that we had two beds rather than one, which was anerror we had made on our booking.

They are rennovating and I got to see the old wood floors and the rooms were very decent for $50/nite. Wi-Fi worked fine and located nicely downtown. - Location Location Location!!!!

Rooms are really clean and nice and it gave me a very homely feel.
The staff are very nice as well and there is an IHOP diner located just beside it which is not expensive at all.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests if they need to find a place to stay in San Diego.

My friend & I both loved the convience of having a separate bedroom/ livingroom. The closeness to Mission Bay, & fast food restaurants. We both liked the fact there was a microwave & refrigerator. There were also grocery stores nearby.

Very clean and neat. Good location. Free guest parking (though first come first serve and can fill up on busy nights). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Motel was very safe with security present nightly and room key needed to access motel at night. -

When you take everything into consideration, this place is a good value
for a budget motel. Michael, Raul and Michael were helpful and

popular attractions. We especially loved the security guard checking in

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The TV was modern, sound and picture good. There was a small table so I was able to work for several hours quite comfortably. I observed at least a half-dozen fast food restaurants and one upscale restaurant and a couple of take-outs, all within a half-dozen blocks. The heart of downtown San Diego is within 15 minutes walking distance.
