Loved the big bed it was very plush and had plenty of blankets and pillows. The bed was perfect size since my significant other is rather tall. The room was spacious and was very pretty. The view of the lake was very romantic during sunrise.

Hated that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the hotel room. Had to go down to the lobby to heat up our food. I was really hoping to have the jetted tub in the picture but we ended up the the shower.

The beautiful view. Being able to relax and sit by the lake and look at the view of the city. The food was delicious and prepared in a timely manner

Only spent one night there however the staff was friendly and very help for finding decent late night food. I love the design and the decor. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit Jacksonville in November.

The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner there was hair in the sink and on the toilet. I always bring along Colorox wipes and Lysol spray regardless of where I stay to do my own clean up. Parking is not really close to hotel but the business district/plaza it is located seemed safe.

the breakfast was poor and the service was even poorer. if you are going to pay that kind of money, as least make it worth it.I could have stopped A mcd for worse service and garbage meal

Excellent /Beautiful ,gorgeous lake view and walk. Red brick road, small city eateries join around premises with in and outside dining. Splendid lighting everywhere. Comfort Romantic, Leisure, relaxing sweet & sexy atmosphere. So captivating.

Location was good with restaurants within walking distance. Very nice surroundings, very clean and tidy.

Difficult to find as Tom Tom did not recognise the location address.

I really like that the staff was pleasant and friendly from my arrival until my departure.

The decor and cleanliness of the rooms, the surrounding area, the staff

A few things: the inconvenience of an outdoor pool and jacuzzi rather than indoor;no microwave or small refrigerators in rooms; poor lighting in sleeping area. But not that much of an issue that I will never return. I will be back!

It was O.K. but would not stay there again if in Jacksonville area

No bath tub, only shower, which was great but tub would have been nice. Room very small. Bar/ restaurant on site but no room service.
