All of the staff that we encountered were absolutely full of positivity.
They were always smiling, greeting us, and asking us how we were.
The rooms were also very comfortable and large, and the hotel itself was absolutely stunning.

Location and our server at dinner was very nice. After finding out that we were having our 37th wedding anniversary dinner, he sent to our room, sparkling wine and choc dipped strawberries and gave us free dessert!

The hotel was really nice, even better than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, and loved the ammenites that they hotel offered like the pool, the breakfast, the snack area up front, and 24/7 coffee. We will def. be staying here for our next vist to Birmingham. The late check out is AWSOME too. NO rush to wake ch
