Everything! I had bad cold and they brought extra kleenex to the room. Also we needed to order out food and they brought us menus of local places for us to choose from, we didn't even have to go down to the desk.
It was cold out and I wish they could have started my car!! Just kidding!
Location to the MOA! Very quiet for being close to a metro airport.
No microwave or frig in room and the breakfast area filled up fast so could have been larger.

I was disappointed there wasn't a small refrigerator or microwave. If those had been included our stay would have been perfect!
When we booked the hotel room, we stated that our elderly mother was with us and we wanted a room close to the door without any steps. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was OK but seemed a little small for the two queen setup. The bath was even a little smaller than many in this price range. Outside noise and this doesn't count being in the airport glide path.

The staff was so friendly. The pillow top mattresses were amazing. I haven't slept that good in years. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were amazing! So close to the mall of America and light rail.

Found a roach in bathroom. When I told the staff she didn't really say anything other than that is not good. Hotel was at capacity so there was never any place to sit for breakfast. Had to stand or take food to room.

I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel!! The continental breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all made fresh! Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. This hotel gets a 10 from us!!

I thought that the room we booked would have a fridge in it but that is minor I guess. The pool is nothing special but the kids still liked it.

We spent the day at the mall of america and then easy it get to the hotel from there. Overall the hotel was excellent!!
I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for after-care after surgery. I was able to check in early and was given a room away from the lobby and the hustle and bustle of check-in. I was treated very politely and wasn't bothered or made to feel out of place even though I had come directly from my surgical appt.

Easy access to airport
Pillows too bouncy Hot, stuffy room. Had to turn heat off when it was 35 degrees outside. Due to the conditions mentioned above, we did not get a good nites sleep. Breakfast was not good...eggs overdone, coffee cheap, bacon way too salty.

I didn't like that I paid $159.00 a night and when we were in the lobby I overheard the clerk telling someone wanting to stay that the charge was $109.00. He then said some people had paid $149.00 for the night.
