room was modern and tasteful, great for work, and very comfortable and
peaceful; the pools are lovely; room service was great; above all, it is
a beautiful boutique hotel which is much nicer than any surrounding
accommodations and for a better price. I couldn't recommend it any
more highly!

An operator of airport shuttle did not know the hotel location, so I walked around almost 300 yards. - The staff was very helpful and the room was great. We had a very good experience.

When we arrived at approx 7.30am and found out check in wasn't until 3pm, we couldn't have been treated better, they told us to head up to the full buffet breakfast and to enjoy all of it on them, they gave us pool towels so we could use the pool or head to waikiki beach, they looked after all our luggage,and although we had to wait to almost 3pm

We stayed in an ocean view suite on the 21st floor. We actually had a view of the ocean and the mountains from our room which was really nice. The rooms were updated and very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to everything!!! We were a block away from the beach, and the Beach walk shopping area was right downstairs from the hotel. There was plenty to do in the area and we did not need a car. I would definitely stay here again.

we absolutely loved everything! The customer service was great. The room was awesome, very comfortable & relaxing. Nobu Restaurant was excellent. This hotel definitely deserves a 5 star. It was everything we expected it to be!
