The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we
requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about
our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. -
Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.

Cory especially when I checked in at almost midnight. He was there when I checked out at 7:15 am and was just as nice.. A long night for him . I It might be helfpul if you posted the times the shuttle bus was available on the desk in a plastic sleeve.

Our welcome from Geoffrey on reception. We were tired after our transatlantic trip plus the 2 hours getting through immigration and customs and waiting for the airport buses to get us there but when we were greeted by Geoffrey in such a warm and genuinely friendly manner, all our stress disappeared. What a diamond ambassador he is for Hampton Inn!

Another crummy thunderstorm flight delay at Atlanta airport forced an

This is the place to stay. The staff is well trained in service and customer care. Kudos to the managers who trained this staff. I mention in particular a housekeeping lady, an older, Afro-American sweet lady who knocked on our door. She was so gracious and courteous. Often they are not. Exceptional hotel!
