The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check
in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional.
The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is
full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good
varieties.

Everything was good! Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful stuff. There is no restaurant, but it was not a problem for us, there is a good Arabic Indian cafe at the corner. If you want to go to the beach, it's better to take a taxi and go to al khan beach, it will cost you 10 dh. Really recommend this hotel to everybody! -

Room was cleaned up on a daily basis. Accomodation is cheap and you are able to get to Dubai in approx. 30-40 mins with a car.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and enough of everything. Though on Al Tawun street a busy street, the room was quite and my room was towards the road. Restaurant in the hotel is also very good and not expensive.

The peace and quiet and the soothing ambience of the location and your very patient, extremely profesional and polite staff. Impeccable is a mild word. I would not chosse any other hotel to stay in and have recommended it to my friends both in the UAE and overseas. - Lake view and cleanliness
