we booke an appartment and because of flights arrived about 4am, your staff were fantastic and because our appartment was not ready as check in was not until 2pm they rang round and found another appartment for us and took us to it. - The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms are better than the photographs suggest

The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

all staff could not have been more helpful. even to the extent of going out of their way to assist in every respect. was always greeted with a smile. was so impressed that i cancelled a trip to singapore in order to extend my stay a further two weeks. every area was impeccably clean and staff very efficient. i even had my own personal gym instructo
