The location just around the corner from the Mall of the Emirates and Hop on/Hop off stop and metro was excellent and made getting around very easy. Mall of Emirates was just around corner - 5 minutes walk even on hot day(38 degrees Celsius), Dubai Mall was one stop away on the open top buses - If you like shopping might be better just to get a taxi - to this Mall - we were there 4 hours and only just touched the surface. Went to Gold Souk - Quite an experience - very friendly and not overly pushy. Would gladly go back and stay again

It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.
