  This is a brand new hotel in Al Barsha, very clean, very comfortable apartments, bright and refreshing with green tones and high quality furniture, staff is very friendly and humble, and was responsive to all our needs and queries.   The hotel is new and clean, location is good very close to Jumeirah Beach and to metro stop. From airport it's about 70-75 dirhem by taxi. Staff is amazing, so friendly, so helpful.   Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

I worked in travel for 22 years at Ansett and Qantas and Jetset . so it takes alot to impress me but this did . As it was not the fault of the hotel . Breakfasts were great . I liked that my omellettes were cooked freshly.It was peaceful
