  Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna - The staff were very courteous and helpful. We asked for extra pillows and we received them within 30 mins. The breakfast choice was very good. The food in the restaurant was faultless; excellent service and staff friendly and accommodating.   I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one. Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals. Very comfortable. We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

  The hotel is set at the side of the Grand Union Canal and we had a lovely walk along there seeing lots of wildlife. The evening meal we had was delicious and good value for money. A 20 min walk from Southall train station, through a very ethnic diverse high street, but the hotel itself is in a lovely - It was clean and comfortable, really a set of rooms above a pub. The landlord cooks the meals and they are quite good British fare. Someone said there was no breakfast; well this is not true, I had one most days I was there. If you want a homely comfortable environment where you can relax versus a sharp hotel, this is a very good place to go.
