Excellent room and very comfortable king size bed. Very helpful staff always cheerful. Leisure facilities were superb, all in all a very relaxing time spent at the Hotel. Would recommend staying there.

Extractor fan woke us up in the night with a continuous drone, but we located an idolater switch in the loo and turned it off. So it was not a major problem.

I stayed for three nights at The Cornwall Hotel on business. The hotel, facilities and staff were all fabulous! I will certainly return, but this time with my wife for a short break. The location is perfect with many attractions nearby. I would definitely recommend to colleagues, friends and family. I should also say that the breakfast and dinners that I had were of a very high standard and good value for money.

The facilites were great and pleasently surprised by the standard and comfort of the room. All areas of the complex were spotlessly clean.

Dinner service was very slow and not enough staff availabe. In fairness there was a Christmas party taking pleace at the same time so maybe in future the management will ensure that more staff on laid on.

We had a good deal staying 4 nights and everything was superb. So we decided to stay 2 extra nights for the weekend and were 'upgraded' to another room and found the only thing upgraded was the price.

The 'upgraded' room wasn't as luxurious, in fact it was smaller and the bathroom tiles were dirty. We were supposed to have a free dinner which when we went to book in to the restaurant On Saturday were told was for Friday night only, so our extended stay was disappointing.

As a solo traveler I was impressed. An amazing hotel with a picturesque surrounding, close to local beach and the harbor village of Mevagissey and the Eden project. The spa facilities were very good and the treatments are very relaxing and great value for money. The food was amazing and great value for money. I would say this hotel has the "Ronseal" approval as it is exactly what is advertised on its web site.

Children using the whirpool as a play area when they are under the designated age, lack of respect from parents.. Best go during term time if you want peace and quiet.

There was nothing to not like about The Cornwall. The young staff were exceptional, the rooms were clean and the food was excellent. My sister and I had a treatment in the spa it was very good, so relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the room and the dinner at the Brasserie. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful and in a wonderful location.

Was a bit disappointed by the buffet breakfast as I felt there could have been more choice on both the inclusive breakfast as well as the extra's menu.

The lower carpark! Almost compleat darkness on a gravel track with both carpark's a dead end! had to reverse twice in darkness, not fun.

Everything. Our room was excellent, good size, very clean and with good views over the gardens. The surroundings were very relaxing, with very good facilities. Good choice of meals and very well prepared, using local produce. We cannot praise the staff highly enough, all were so friendly and could not have been more helpful. We will certainly re visit whenever we can.

A great deal of work has gone into the Cornwall - demonstrated most of all by the attitude and helpfulness of all the staff. This was a Bookings special deal so value was exceptional.

The Spa particularly the pool, the staff and the breakfast buffet as well as the setting of the hotel and nearby beaches. This was our second stay and I would stay again

Our room was too hot we had to sleep with the balcony door open every night. The mattresses on the fold up beds for my children were not very comfortable. As the hotel has a number of families staying in the summer it would be better if the pool allowed children to swim from 8 am in the morning.

The staff were second to none, easy to converse with and always taking the time to stop and chat if you wished. The 7am - 9pm use of the pool was an attraction however the added bonus of inclusive yoga and cross fit training were an unexpected positive! When the pool was out of action for a moment we were not ushered away and were offered complimentary smoothies from the juice bar, excellent guest care! Thank you. The complex is clearly still developing and promises to be a truly beautiful experience when complete.

Considering the higher price of the rooms it would have been nice to have had a token spa voucher or at least a discount for a spa treatment to inspire more use. Another disapointment was the constant hum of air conditioning units that turned off at midnight and were back on at 5.30am. Rooms next to the air con units really should carry a noise warning to the proximity or be priced at a slightly lower rate.

The flat sink in the bathroom. My husband likes a wet shave and this was difficult with no sink. Our room overlooked the top of other buildings - we were not warned of this. The Acorns for breakfast overlooked the bins and a carpark. Surely with such lovely countryside around there must be a pleasanter spot for breakfast especially when the weather is good.

We only stayed one night. The cost of b and b was quite high. The pool sauna and steam room were good. Every member of staff we dealt with were friendly and attentive. Well done.

found it very challenging negotiating the heavy doors & lift while pushing my companion in her wheelchair which surprised me since it has only recently opened and we found the lockers in the spa extremely difficult to lock until a local member gave us adequate instructions.

The room with balcony, facing south, was a generous size. Quiet location was ideal for visits to Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project and the coast. Staff were friendly and helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We would return.

After my friends had the pork belly on the first evening and said how good it was, I decided to try it the next evening, but mine was tough and indigestible. I did mention it at the end of the meal, but I have no idea if my comment was passed on to the kitchen.

View was of a roof and not the lovely grounds as described. Found the food to be rather expensive in the brassiere and not as described, more of a garnish(2 small leaves), not a dressed salad as per the menu, also desert was a disappointment. Found very little area to relax after your meal for a drink or coffee.
