  the friendliness of the director...simply great. The hotel is very clean, central, beautiful Victorian style and amazing views. - The privacy and how friendly the management and staff were on contact. THe rooms were wonderful and the facilities great.

  The rooms were clean and spacious, lovely big bed, lots of tea, coffee available in the room including bottled water. Staff were excellent friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Very welcoming hosts. The hotel is comfortable and well equipped & the food in the dining room, selected from a cavery menu (all 3 courses) was plentiful & well cooked. We only stayed one night as we were touring around but would happily stay there again

  The Executive double room was large and comfortable. I usually stay in an Atrium room at this hotel but that option wasn't available via letsbookhotel.com - but I was happy with the allocated room. Sometimes Atrium rooms are a bit noisy (it's an open plan arrangement so if someone else has their balcony door open and the tv playing loudly, the noi... co mówią ludzie » se spreads around) but that was not a problem in this room. - Food was excellent including the 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful which gives the whole place a happy atmosphere. Lovely touch also of being able to have fresh milk for your tea and coffee in the room and bottled water too.

  The room was very clean and well looked after. The food was excellent. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, its a shame I could only stay the one night,, would liked to have been there longer. - All staff were very friendly and helpfull,rooms were excellent ,goodchoice breakfast excellent

  Hotel is close to airport. Food and accommodation very good. Enjoyed pool. Entertainment or background music in bar on Sat. night would be a plus. - I particulary enjoyed the setting of the Hotel. Excellent views of the surrounding countryside.
