  Fantastic, friendly &professional staff. Excellent breakfast. One evening we tried the tasting menu which was amazing. Wonderful dining room and attentive service. location and sea view great, nice atmosphere and our boys liked the indoor pool(it was late October)and hot tub. Room well appointed with small sofa and table. Nearly all of the staff we encountered were lovely. 2) Mark Jordans food was exceptional both in terms of quality and (relative) value for money (we had the £65 3 course) 3) Location and views provided by hotel. Whilst it is a bit out of the way, it was lovely none the less

  Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon. Thank you very much all member of staffs for a warm and happy stay.   We thought the staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. - The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also comfortable.   The whole experience was fantastic. Facilities, spa, hotel room, food and staff all excellent. Our special requests pre booking were also done without any reminders to the hotel staff.
