  Hotel well situated overlooking the Bay. Booking included continental breakast but we in fact got full cooked breakfast ! Very limited parking which LetsBookHotel.com did not say we had to book in advance however hotel managed to find us a space when we arrived.   Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.

  the staff were mega friendly and so helpfull and the room/facilities were great value for money.I contacted the hotel before arriving and told them of my impending proposal to my now fiance and they included free Champagne (allbeit Cava lol) and chocolates in the room on arrival.   Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking!   We loved the proximity of all services: bar, restaurant and ferry. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole experience was lovely and relaxing. A clean, well-finished accommodation which I'd love to visit again. - We were there to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday and the staff were very friendly.   I liked the atmoshpere of that place. Surroundings where very nice and the room was simple excellent. Cheap, yet clean and cosy. Great bathroom. Chocolate to drink and microwave down in the hall. Of course the breakfest was also very good, served in a dining room, with a lovely see. - A real find. Wonderful; building sympathetically restored. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly proud of their surroundings. Our room (no. 2) was lovely, contemporary furnishings complimenting the period features very well indeed. Bathroom a little small, but, given the building's constraints, this was entirely understandable.
