The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite as a result of our forthcoming wedding. This was an amazing suite and we were made to feel like Royalty. Very good location, comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities, well functioning climate control (it was really hot in Manchester when we were visiting), no noise from the street (and Oxford Rd is a busy one), easy to get everywhere, including main universities (we were for the graduation week). -

I arrived early Saturday morning (circa 10.30) and my room was available immediately. The studio was very well designed and extremely quiet (opposite the NCP car park) and I had one best night's sleep ever. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again! The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. As a female lone traveller I also felt quite safe. The location was perfect.

A really beautiful hotel in a quiet location. The decor was lovely and the atmosphere in the reception was homely. The staff were very attentive and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The stay was perfect and I couldn't have asked for more.

spokuj w hotelu - I like everything about that hotel, the staff was very nice and friendly, family environment. Very helpful, nice please people the reviews that you are seeing are just fake, the hotel is clean, bathroom as well, not noisy, I mean very nice. I am a frequent traveler, I go to many countries and I did like the Citi. Will be back.....

We got a great deal. The staff were very helpful, the 24 hour reception was very reassuring as it meant you could always get help with issues if any arose. Our property was safely secured in the room and they had a good luggage storage facility that was very useful for when we wanted to get out and see the city before and after checking in. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional, you couldn't ask for more in terms of value for money and I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyon

Stayed in the Eclectic Villa room, beautifully designed and spacious. Roll top bath in toom, with option to dim lights. DAB radio, dvd player and tv for those chosing to stay in and romance. Perfect setting!
Wonderful breakfast menu, including full Irish option! Small charge for breakfast room service, but well worth it.
Massive bed, beautiful quirky design throughout the hotel. Smoking/bar terrace with heaters and garden furniture downstairs.
Late check out till 3pm for extra £25!

The fact that the reception staff are extremely welcoming, the food from the table table restaurant next door is good, it's quiet - so a good nights sleep is easy to come by and it's very close to the office that I am visiting. -

I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

The staff were really lovely and pleasant, my room was very clean and very comfortable, and I got a brilliant nights sleep without any disturbances. I have stayed with premier inn before in Cheadle and the staff there were amazing, I was very happy with my experience I wouldnt go anywhere else. -
