We were going to the 02 for a concert and it was very close to walk to.The views were fabulous, everything you could need was provided. We were met with the keys as arranged, no waiting. Great location 5 mins from Earls Court tube and 12 minutes walk from Natural History Museum! Very friendly staff - prepared our room early, gave us some extra pillows, helped our kids with making toasts.
