The location was ideal,it was in the center of everything!you could go anywhere you liked either by using the subway or even on foot, every central location a tourist wants to visit is really close.
Even if it was on a very busy square, you got a good nights sleep. It was very quiet and you could not hear a thing! The room was very clean and generally all hotel areas were very clean. The staff was very friendly and were very willing to assist and meet your every need.unfortunately i had to spend a . wszystkie opinie »
Very good location! 2 minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus, 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden, excellent connections to underground.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
Clean room and good room service. In contrast to some other comments we found breakfast absolutely o.k. The buffet offers warm typical English breakfast as well as toast and jam, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Air condition worked well - most important for us as during our stay we reached 34°C outside. Therefore, we did not mind th.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked in small amounts at a time, not the usual large trays of food sitting there drying up and getting cold, there was an excellent choice something for everybody.
As we live in a very quiet location we were very surprised at the quality of sleep we got, the hotel was very quiet we couldn't believe we were in London.
The location was perfect for our visit, we were within walkin.
Staff was very helpfull all spotless rooms very well maintained breakfast was excellent also wen I first arrived I went in to the room stunk of paint do I went over to the window to let the smell out an got paint on my shirt I went down to reception an they got me a new room straight away which was great an offer to get my shirt dry cleaned an complementary drinks which was verry nice of them but I never needed it cleaned as I washed it myself and it came out and I was happy with how secure it .
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Brilliant location for a visit
to London right in the heart of the West End. Kids enjoyed strolling
around Covent Garden, China Town and Trafalgar Square in the evening.
Family room was comfortable for four, with clean and modern bathroom. We
did not hear a sound at night despite being next to a couple of clubs in
Leicester Square. All-you-can-eat breakfast is also highly recommended
to set you up for a day of sightseeing.
Fantastic location right in the heart of London. Easy to walk everywhere. Underground from Heathrow piccadilly line direct to Leicester square... perfect.
Room very well designed with tea coffee/hairdryer/makeup table/storeage. Extremely clean and only 18months old so modern and very workable bathroom. Definitely stay here again on my next visit to London next year. Staff extremely helpful too. Exceeded my expectations.
Excellent location, close to the metro, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown and main touristic attractions like Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery and The National Picture Gallery. Regardless of being stuck in the middle of the main nightly entertainment area, full of restaurants, night-clubs and theatres, room was extremely silent. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and stay there if I ever go back to London.
The hotel was located in the very heart of London. It was a short
walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions and shopping
streets. Although the streets were very busy and full of fast food
outlets, gambling casinos and strip joints, the room was very quiet and
the bed very comfortable. Security at the hotel was very high so you
felt safe at night. Breakfast offered good choices and was cooked well.
A fantastic location for a city trip. The staff were extremely charming, and when it was very busy Saturday morning for breakfast they were very apologetic. The room was of the standard you expect from a Premier Inn. It is not a luxury hotel, but suits a family city stay where you are out most of the time. Will definitely use again. The staff coped very well with a group of very demanding guests!!.
A wonderful location, ideal for walking to some of the tourist locations
and very close to the underground station for everything else. We met
some of the staff on our arrival and found them very friendly and
helpful. The reception area is on the second floor which is why we
didn't actually see the staff again. The kettle in the room was
lovely. The shower area was spacious.
Clean, friendly and excellent location to the centre of London. Theatres minutes away, sites and shopping too within walking distance as is the tube and bus services, breakfast sets you up for the day!
Staff genuinely on side and friendly.
As fussy travellers my wife and I were really satisfied with this hotel and will use it to visit London again.
Location is more than perfect couple of steps to Odeon leiceste square, places to eat are all at door step including china town around the corner! Everything inside the room looks new and immaculate clean! Pay more for a premier inn but not surprised its in the middle of where the actions are including shopping! Oh and its very quiet too !!.
The location is ideal for sightseeing and west end theatre.Staff do their best to be helpful and the hotel is very clean. Windows have three panes so we had silent nights despite being in such a busy area. A few mins walk from Covent Garden, Trafalger Sq etc. Easy to get to from Heathrow- a straight run on the Picadilly line for £5.50 pp.
Location, location, location! As we were there to celebrate Chinese New
Year, the location was right in the middle of Chinatown - which is also
quite near the other attractions - Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square,
Piccadilly Circus, etc.. Also, even though it is right at the heart of
the festivities, the rooms were actually very quiet!.
Splendid location - the center of the center in London, also close to
the Leicester Square tube station on the Piccadilly line with direct
connection to the Heathrow airport. Perfect sonic isolation - we were
concerned about noise because of the proximity to Leicester square - it
was perfectly quiet.
Unbeatable central location. Close to everything. Picadilly Circus - 3 min., Trafalgar Square - 5 min., ChinaTown - 1 min., Soho - 5 min., Covent Garden - 10 min. Most of theatres are nearby. You don't need a taxi to discover central London
Quiet sleeping in a rather busy place.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and the service was brilliant. The staff in the evenings were equally helpful and pleasant and we would like to thank Jason for taking the time, when it was quiet, to converse with us.
The staff were friendly, obliging and seemed genuinely interested in
their guests. Our room was generous and very quiet - especially
considering the location in one of London's nocturnal destinations.
The security and access arrangements were very effective.
The locations is the best! Leicester Square is in the middle of the west end and right on the Underground. The staff is outstanding. Breakfast is good with both hot and cold selections. The touch screen in the lobby for printing boarding passes is great.
The location of this hotel is excellent for a city trip. Easy check in
and out, rooms quite nice with everything you would need for a city
break. Breakfast was very nice with enough variety to suit most people.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Excellent location, right on Leicester Square, but quiet.Ian and Suan were the most welcoming, helpful and delightful receptionists. Room was large, comfortable and a choice of pillows. Air con was quiet and efficient. Excellent security system.
Stayed here for one night with my daughter on our way to Bruges. Location of hotel in Leicester Square great. Staff superlative. Had to book family room to get two beds so actually had three bedded room Would recommend and stay there again.
Location was perfect for what we wanted central for all the things that we had on our agenda .The staff were all friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable on the best ways for traveling around London especially buses and the numbers.
People are very kind and helpfull. The breakfast is good and you can eat
relly what you what (fresh salat fruit, continental or english
breakfast). The hotel is really well located = > near trafalgar
square, near Covent garden.
Absolutely fantastic!!! I would like to thank Jackie, she was very friendly & allocated us an amazing room.Despite the location the hotel is very quiet. The breakfast is very good value. Will definitely be returning.thank you.
The room is kind of small, but consider it located in the heart of London then this isn't really matter. Staff is surprisely helpful and friendly. Great hotel for budget traveller who like to visit London for few days.
Fantastic location, easy to find and 2 minute walk from tube station, rooms very clean and quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, we will definitely be staying next time we visit London!.
I loved the location of the hotel, the staff were so nice and extremely helpful. Excellent location for Leicester Square film premieres. Lovely comfy bed, well worth the money. I would definitely book to stay again.
The service in the hotel was outstanding. The staff took care of every little detail and request we had. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The hotel was outstandingly located. The best position and value in town!.
Exellent all round. Very very quiet. Comfortable... exceptionally clean. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good. Bed very comfortable. Free luggage storage meant we could enjoy our last day luggage free.
Excellent service from all staff at all times. Check in and check out very smooth and easy. Very good breakfast buffet. Comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect location for a business man or theatre lover like me.
The staff were more than fantastic, the family room was compact but spotless, and i would recomend the breakfast to everyone who stays and it caters for all needs. Thankyou for a great few days we will be back!.
The location of this hotel is good, near 2 tube stations, and plenty of
shops & food nearby. Chinatown is also very close by. Breakfast was
value for money as £17.90 for adults and the kids eat free.
1)Service was excellent and the staff explained everything clearly and in a good mood, always ready to help.
2)Very good breakfast and dinner.
3)Security
4)Room was very clean and well-kept
5)Location.
excellent breakfast - I don't usually bother in hotels as its very often poor and bad value. Room very clean. Rather cool -didn't read instructions for switching on until I was leaving! My fault.
Location, very helpful and pleasant staff, surprising quietness of room, comfortable bed, somewhere to put luggage while out and about after checking out. Breakfast good apart from cooked element.
As a solo female I felt very safe and secure and was surprised that the hotel was so quiet, given the location. I was allocated a very spacious double room and was very satisfied with everything.
Central Location just off Leicester Square, next to a local club and massive visitors in square especially in weekends, but once you are in Hotel you will enter in a super silent environment.
Location was brilliant right in the middle of everything yet room was quiet at night. Reasonable breakfast with kids eating for free with paying adult. Excellent service by very helpful staff.
we got complimentary bottle of champagne and breakfast as it was our honeymoon, also moved us to a room with a view of the square, brilliant, would definitely stay there again.
The location is great, wonderful breakfast and a most attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want access to the theatre district. Very reasonably priced.
good location .quiet even though its in the heart of Leicster Sq. Food was good plenty for brekfast, clean, staff friendly Next time i go I will book the Premier Inn L.S.
The staff were fantastic, really attentive and chatty. The location was amazing and everything was within walking distance. I will definitely be using this hotel again!.
Great location. Vending machine at reception was handy (when it was working). Staff were always willing to help. Breakfast service was great.
Bathroom was spacious.
Staff were incredibly helpful at all times of day and night. Helped with everything, wheelchair, volunteering to contact police when necessary, very pleasant.
We really enjoyed our stay - the staff were fantastic - v friendly and helpful - they couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were comfy and facilities good.

Haifa - Israe.
The location was great the room was a good size the bathroom was also a
good size and well-equipped there were sufficient power-points to
charge my phone.
Friendly staff on call at all times.
Good sized comfortable rooms.
Very quiet.
Perfect location for Theatreland.
Wonderful Value for Central London.
Loved the breakfast Staff great and very helpful Location was super
once we found the hotel. Ease of refund because of your money
guarantee policy.
Room was very small for 4 persons and hardly any cupboard or shelfs to put clothing or bags. Also very little possibilities to let sponge bags or sanitary products in the bathroom. Not enough rails in the bathroom for 4 wet towels. No toilet brush in the bathroom.
However, space was enough for a 4 nights stay and only using the room for sleeping and "base camp" for long days of sightseeing.
Everything was fine, we didn't have any complaints at all.
The only thing was our 5 year old was in the spare bed and he was complaining bout the springs in the bed so I had to get in it and he was right 2 bit rough sleeps but the others had a good sleep it's only a minor thing tho.
Room was bit too small, but as one would only sleep there, it wasn´t such a big deal to us. It would also have been nice to have a computer at the main reception area for private use by guests, although there was a computer terminal where it was possible to get a printout with the directions for the main attractions in town.
The room was very small and spartan for the price with room for only the
queen sized bed, a very small desk bolted to the wall and a small chair.
There was no room for an armchair, a wardrobe or a fridge so they were
absent. There were a few hangers hanging from the wall. My suitcase had
to be put on the floor turning the room into an obstacle course. The
view from the small window was of the sides of other buildings. My daily
newspaper had to be picked up from reception.
The restaurant area was quite small and so there was a wait on the Saturday morning. Sunday were were up earlier to see Changing of the Guard so there were plenty of seats.
Just two tea bags, two coffee sachets and four milk left each day. The
window in our room was really small and we couldn't open it. Because
the door of the ensuite was put in at an angle, there wasn't much
space in front of the wc when sitting down.
No real problem other than no shaver sockets in the bathroom! Reception solved this by having a supply of double pin sockets.
Only thing is the tiny reception area where theres only one person dealing with everyone so could ended up waiting too long in a queue even just to ask simple query!!.
The rooms are quite small and can feel a bit claustrophobic as the windows cannot be opened. There is a business traveller feel to the lobby which lacks any warmth or atmosphere.
I need Internet connectivity even on vacations. It worked for two days,
then it broke the morning of our third day and it took more than 12
hours including two calls with the technical support to fix the problem.
Leicester Square is a pedestriaan area. So, you can't get a taxi right to the hotel door but it wasn't a big problem for us.
The ceiling in the bedroom was rather low, a fact which caused the bathroom door to catch on it. Also the layout of the bathroom could have been better designed as the toilet paper dispenser had been fixed to the wall at the side of the toilet, making it impossible to sit squarely on the seat without banging your upper arm on the dispenser.
Paying for internet access; everywhere we stayed in Europe and Asia had
free access. To be fair, Heathrow also charges.
The rooms are pretty small but still adequate.
The shower was a little difficult to get in or out of with the doors not
opening very much and a step down onto the floor. This is mostly an
issue for people with a mobility problem. The lifts in the morning were
often busy with housekeeping using them.
Nothing.
Having three beds in room.
The family room is small; it is not a family room it is a double room in
which 2 beds have been added and so you can't stay in the room
except for sleeping.
Can't think of any.
Wi-Fi didn't work very well.
My stay was too short!!!!!!!.
Nothing much we didn't like?.
1)Though we managed quite well, our room was a bit small, especially since we had 4 pieces of luggage and have to leave some of them on the floor
2)No power outlet in the bathroom.
Booked in very late and had to wait a little while to get a response. A bit worrying at the time (what if no-one answers?) but not a big problem in the end.
Cooked breakfast - scrambled egg dry and overcooked, bacon dry and overcooked, baked beans dry.
nothing specific.
None.
For a family of four, room was a little tight. Not so much of a big deal as most time was spent out of the room anyway.
The reception staff were patronizing - clearly they must receive a lot
of guests who don't know how to spell their name
I didn't like the hard-sell approach to buying extras, like wifi, breakfast and other meals.
Lifts a tad on the small size for anyone carrying a rucksack for two..
We had a great deal of trouble finding the hotel. Alarms went off the
first night but we did get a refund for one night (has not shown up on
my credit card as yet, however) No shampoo, etc. the 'normal'
toiletries one would expect we thought we paid for a larger room but it
was really a regular room with two extra beds so was quite cramped Very
pricey for the small room but we understand it is all about location.
