Please note key collection takes place at: 40 Netley Street London NW1 3EH Monday to Friday: from 09:00 until 18:00. Saturday: from 11:00 until 17:00. Sunday: Closed. Guests that expect to arrive outside reception opening hours should inform the property at least 7 days in advance. Check-in out of office hours is subject to a meet and greet at the property and also to the following fees payable by cash depending on the time of arrival as per below: 18:00 - 00:00: GBP 25 00:00 - 09:00: GBP 35 Weekends: GBP 35 Full instructions of the meet and greet will be provided upon receipt of booking confirmation. Please note that keys will not be released earlier than 14:00. Guests must show a valid photo ID and the credit card used to book upon check-in. Failure to do so, will result in the cancellation of the booking. A refundable deposit of up to GBP 250 will be collected upon check-in for incidental charges.This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
