The room was confortable and clean. Bathroom as well.
Very close to both St Pacras and Euston train stations which was perfect for me.

Have a look at your email to know how to proceed for the check-in !!! No staff in the Hotel.

Very clean and right next to euston station.
Location.
The decor was funky, the instructions beforehand very clear and easy to follow.
Excellent location near train station. Cheap and with bathroom kitchen in flat.
Location. Internet was reliable.
Internet free, to book on line another place to stay.
Nothing at all.
Nothin.
No receptionist or Staff for this "Hotel", if you want the details, you have to be connected. I reserved 2hours ago, and I could now how to enter the the hotel only because I had a look to my email by chance at the train station. Everything is done by e-mail, including key codes to enter the rooms and password for Wifi.
Bathroom needs to be improved a little.
Bedding covers bobbled but clean. Small room but adequate.
Very loud outside for most of the evening and could hear the station announcer very early in the morning as double glazing was not very effective.
-Disgustingly dirty
- broken toilet, whole place smelt like toilet
- dirty floors
- dirty sinks.
The bathroom was only clean-ish. You have to remember your code as soon as you leave your room (to go to the bathroom) in order to get back in. I found that quite stressful ;-).
There are no live services in the hotel, the owner might require you to move room even if you book a room for continue 2 days, and there is a gap time between 2 room check out and check in, you have to come back and move it in a later time.
We had no access email so had no way of getting into room. Had to rely
on the pharmacy shop owner next door to sort it out for us..... Too
small of a room for 50 pounds. Umbrella double charged my card and I am
still waiting for the 50 pounds to be returned to my account.
Diffcult to find ,Location, not what we booked, drity bathroom, smelled
bad, it's a room in an apt.nobody there , hard to get codes, keys,
and location unless you are connected..
Very dirty apartments in an ugly area.
No contact to get access, had to go to the chemist next door, apparently it happens all the time. The place was dirty, toe nail clippings and what I suspect to be mouse droppings on the floor. The unit we were in was a basement and must have been about 10 feet above a tube line as it rumbled every 5 minutes until midnight. The area is a dive with a strip club and sex shop on close prximity. A very unsatisfactory experience for the considerable cost. Suggest you remove it from your web site.
