This apartment was immaculate, and it's position is second to none, in the heart of Covent Garden.
We did have some problems with the apartment as we were locked out for 4 hours 7-11.15pm on our first night - due to the lift breaking down and a lock failing on the second door, but on the night the staff (who were remote from the apartment) acted promptly and were supportive. They agreed to a refund for one night. wszystkie opinie »
We loved the whole look and feel of the apartment, it had everything we
needed from bedding to cooking utensils. The washer/dryer was a
bonus for us
The location was excellent, quiet yet central, shops at you door step, basically you are in Covent Garden square.
The apartment overlooked St Pauls church square which was lovely and quiet.
It fulfilled all our needs and more.
I like the location. It is a fantastic location. Just 2 minutes walk from tube. Apple market is one of the oldest market in london. just a walking distance. Restaurants, pubs, play theaters all are just around the corner or within 10minutes walk. Fully furnished apartment with cozy design. Definitely will go back again.
Wonderful location -- being one step from Covent Garden with all the Christmas decorations was great! Surprisingly quiet for such a busy street. The front of the apt is towards the street but we didn't hear anything. Luxurious well-equiped kitchen.
Location, location, location. Plus the spaciousness, furniture and (comparatively) quiet surroundings. Good Wifi connection. Very helpful staff - they sent me a bill a few hours after I requested it by email. Thank you!.
superb location next to Covent Garden market, restaurants, theatres (and my office), spacious studio with nice modern furniture, well equipped, clean.
We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was lovely and spacious, and very clean. It is a fantastic location.
Location and standard of finish within the apartment was excellent.
The location was fantastic and it was relatively quiet.
Great apartment layout and decor. Fantastic location.
Fabulous location in the heart of Covent Garden.
Gorgeous studio.
Location was outstanding.
The location.
Our apartment had two floors, which was great! There was also a lot of space. The location was awesome, a 2 minute walk from the tube station covent garden!!!.
Apartment was good and close to Covent Garden facilities.
Being locked out of our apartment - but it was handled well by the company (see comments re what we liked).
We had to pick up the keys from Kings cross. Whilst this is not an
issue, for other travellers who do not know London, they might find this
inconvenient. The map given to us for the apartment location was not
good. It is better to use google maps or a london a-z.
We have to collect the key in different location which 4 tube stations from the apartment. It is not convenient for those people who carry luggage.
Mattress was old and bumpy, but the staff kindly brought us a new mattress, so I can't really complain about that. Wifi didn't work well.
I loved this place but would not recommend going there with very small children because of the open winding stairs.
Key pickup really is very inconvenient, as other comments observed. Avoid having to do this during rush hour, the London underground is a nightmare with luggage. In the flat, the broken lights still have not been repaired. Unannounced inspection on the day after I moved in - why? Was that a hoax? Most drawers in the bedroom were filled with unnecessary sheets and towels - obviously to make life for the cleaning staff.
1. had to go pick up the key near King's Cross (in middle of my work day) - a bit inconvenient, I hadn't realized that when making the reservation
2. the studio's lighting plan is unclear (where to switch what lamp on/off) and maybe cleaning personnel should routinely check if all lights work.
We had trouble getting into the apartment from the lift as we were not given the right keys. Nonetheless, it is quite difficult to get into the apartment from the lift as the doors close before you have a chance to put the key in the lock!.
The fact you had to go to Camden to collect the keys, this is not disclosed at time of booking, however after some emails to and fro, someone met us at the apartment with the keys.
You have to pick up the key at a different location. It wasn't a massive problem but if you have time limits then could pose a problem.
Picking up the keys at kings cross was a bit of a pain.
Slight pong from drain in the bathroom.
The mattress in the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would really advise that this is replaced.
The office is in Kings Cross street, with luggage it's a bit of a journey.
The bed isn't the best and some lamps disn't work properly!.
Spoilt by having to travel mile away to collect a key and being charged £27.90 extra.
