The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. It was the besthotel that I've ever stayed at in London.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.
I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. Beautician was friendly and shared great knowledge on the pro

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. We were very impressed with this hotel.
The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend.

Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of
Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food),
Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West
End theaters.
Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up.
