  A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster.   We stayed in the Executive King Room. The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap.   We had a wonderful stay in these apartments. The representative who met us was very pleasant and ensured any questions he had were answered. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need and more! We loved the contemporary Decor. The apartment was light & bright and in an excellent location. I wouldn't he - Our stay at the apartments was wonderful in all aspects. The Tower Hill staff upgraded our booking and gave us a better apartment. Location was perfect and the apartment facilities too. In addition the staff was very helpful. We would book again at the apartments without doubt.

  The staff were fantastic. Very helpful with directions and giving us extra toilet paper and washing powder when we ran out. I also asked for a drying rack for washing as I don't like to use the tumble dryer and when we got back to the apartment it was all set up. The kitchen facilities were ample with a nice large fridge. The apartments are within zone 1 in Aldg - These apartments are modern, spotless and spacious, with all the fittings and facilities you need for a perfect stay. For the money I don't think you could do better. I stayed here nearly 3 years ago and was thrilled; I was not disappointed this time as things are still outstandingly clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is fantastic when you are away for a while too! Also convenient for the tube and in zone 1. I highly recommend these apartments; I cannot fault them

  One of the best places I've ever stayed in; clean, well equipped, comfortable and very close to Aldgate East tube station (in fact I recommend you access it from there and not from Liverpool Street as it's a bit of a trek from there). You need the door code to get into the building and safe code to get your room Key.The apartment is really clean, large and the kitchen is handy. The apartment comes with everything you need including shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron etc. The bed is comfy. The tube is a few minutes walk from the entrance and Tesco express is in the middle which is handy for supplies
