  We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, but I will agree with other reviewers who said the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again.   Closeness to subway and cleanliness - The location is absolutely marvellous! The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day, towels and all stuff changed daily as well. Breakfast is ok, it's good they added cheese to the menu:) Didn't have it 6 months ago. Stayed here three times in 6 months and think will do in the future.
