The premises are immaculate throughout and maintained to a very high standard.   staff were very friendly and helpful,and the free wifi' is a must for the business user,west end location so plenty of good restaraunts nearby - This is my 3rd stay here -- It's a very nice hotel with a good staff and in a great location, all at a good price.
