  A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. Overall a lovely house with excellent facilities and in the most wonderful, quiet location. Unusual to find there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or a TV but this did not detract f... co mówią ludzie » rom our enjoyment of staying here, in fact it was far more 'homely' to be able make tea or watch TV in the ample reception rooms downstairs. - Beautiful setting and gorgeous old building, very friendly welcome and nice room. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda good hearty breakfast, I would recommend Bendarroch House to anyone 100%, very happy

  We liked the fact that our room was like a little house because it was away from the main house and had its own front and back door, the back door led onto your own little veranda with table and chairs, also once outside into the garden/ woodland you only had to walk to the bottom of the garden and you had your own private part of the river to eit... co mówią ludzie » her sit by or go for a swim. The surroundings were very romantic and so quiet, you are near the village but feel as if you are miles away. The village - We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. I loved how you could tick on a menu the night before what you would like for breakfast - my brie/tomato/bacon rosti was perfection especially as I could eat it whilst watching 2 red squirrels scampering around the garden overlooking the river.   My sister and I had a wonderful room which was very large and overlooked the River Tey. The sound puts you right to sleep. Restaurant was great - good food and good value. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Area is very beautiful.
