The hotel was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodated us when we requested an early check-in. Staff were brilliant - friendly, welcoming and really made our stay at
Gadds Townhouse special and set it apart from other hotels. Linda and
Stephen were particularly friendly and accomodating in the daytime, but
the evening staff were also great.
We stayed in the Bijoux Loft room which was lovely. The design of the hotel is very unique with a cosy and romantic feel. Great for a romantic getaway.

The staff were all efficient and very friendly. Check in, bar service, the waitress at dinner and the handling of breakfast arrangements were all excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. Room decor was good and it was very clean. Restaurant had very pleasant ambience - the meal was excellent and very good value. Hotel was very quiet and in pleasant surroundings but a short walk from city centre/cathedral etc. Would recommend. - Very nice hotel, good value for money, Good food

we were looking for. -
The staff were absolutely lovely, so genuinely caring and there to help with a smile. Not that we needed any help or extra service but you felt that nothing would be too much or a problem, the service really was impeccable. The hotel was immaculate. Location couldn't be better for all the sights of Durham. Breakfast is huge and high quality. The rooms are simple but as you need, Premier Inn really have got the balance of one's needs down to a T. Excellent.
