  It doesn't get much better than this. The Stapleton Arms has all the relaxed charm of a country pub with all the advantages of a top notch hotel. The barmaid/receptionist was delightful, the beer excellent, the room superb and I had a crab salad starter that was the best I've ever tasted. The food, which was invariably locally sourced and produced, was excellent. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return visit!
