I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. Room was quiet, as I asked. Staff very helpful & polite. Room very large. Continental breakfast offered a huge and varied selection of items, far too much! Was told to help myself to any amount of free coffee or tea as I waited in the TV lounge area, waiting to be collected by a friend. Much better than having to sit in my room. Very enjoyab

Superb value for money (especially airport stay/park deals).
Almost on a par with a Premier Inn.
Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent location next motorway (Loch Lomond 30 mins. away)and Braehead shopping & Entertainment facilities. Will return later this year.

The comfort of the hotel which had a lovely warm feeling the minute you enter the front door. Food is of a high standard and had a well presented breakfast both mornings. Unfortunately we didn't have dinner this stay as we were going friends in their home but have dined in the evenings on previous stays and enjoyed an excellent dinner at a very reasonable price. Just love staying here.

Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Very good modern hotel with all the normal features you would expect.
Good room although the walk from the lift to my room through 3 or 4 fire
doors and with a case isn't easy and there is a delay for the lights
in each section to come on which could be an issue to nervous
travellers. Cracking Indian resteraunt within the hotel which I would
recommend. Nice bar area, good choice for business or pleasure, but it
is about a mile or 2 from the city centre, however, pleanty of cabs and
£3.50 fare t

The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.
