Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff
were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable
and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road.

We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

For a 3* hotel at the airport with a wide turnover of traffic, was very impressed. Check-in staff very helpful in finding me a quiet room as I have problem sleeping. This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

Najlepiej skomunikowany hotel z lotniskiem - bezposrednie przejscie tunelem z lotniska do hotelu. Bardzo dobre sniadanie. - Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense.

There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. Staying at the hotel made getting to the airport much easier

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel

Great quirky place to stay. Terrific staff serving good beers and good food. Very handy for Gatwick (1st visit) or a handy stop over from the channel before driving north (2nd visit). Fabulous breakfast (although a bit slow) they made my wife a real fresh fruit yoghurt and I had a hearty calorie busting cooked breakfast with local produce. Coul

Quiet, clean & comfortable room. Peaceful surroundings in a lovely position overlooking lake. The staff were professional, polite and helpful.Breakfasts were very good....good menu choices and beautifully presented.
Enjoyed peaceful and leisurely breakfasts. Evening meal was very good too. Restaurant was very popular.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We have arrived late with a small baby without reservation of a table for a dinner. They accommodated us in a beautiful private dining room. The spa facilities are great. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful countryside and it is within walking distance to the village. -

A quiet duplex with full kitchen and washer machine. Towels were provided for each member staying and the apartment is approximately 3 Km away from Coulsdon South rail station for easy transport to visit London.
