The hotel was warm and the staff welcoming. The room was spotless with everything in good working order.The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice of evening meals. I stayed in the 'Garden Room', which was more like a huge suite a sofa, small 'walk-in closet' and big double bed. It also had a lovely view. My stay was perfect, the owners were lovely and the breakfast was great. The whole house is lovely decorated with lots of attention to detail. I enjoyed the unexpected luxury during my business trip. -

The owner is very friendly, we were going to be late for a wedding at a venue nearby so the owner gave us a lift. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

welcome, she also changed our room to a far more suitable location, near
the front door with no fuss at all. She also remembered that our purpose
for staying there was to visit Glamis Castle and on arrival she
immediately handed us a map and relevant info with our name on it. This
little gesture was most appreciated because it showed she valued
personalizing 'Premier Inn's' service.

It was a clean,friendly ,family run establishment where I felt very welcome.Breakfast was excellent and as I have more trips to Dundee planned over the next several years I will definitely go back and stay there again.It's lovely to find a little gem of a B&B like this a stone's throw from Dundee city centre.
