  I booked the Grampian as I travel a lot in my business and am fed up of cheap "Inn" type accommodation. I thought that the Hotel was exceptional Value for Money and kept to a very high standard. It had all the amenities I expected presented in a stylish and friendly fashion. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

  The proprietors Mr and Mrs Robbie were extremely friendly, that's what I liked most. Breakfast was scottish: Eggs, bacon, beans, tomato, haggis and black pudding...of course you could choose whether you would like all of it or just a selection. There are also cereals, fruits and jam.
