The host was very warmhearted, always more than willing to help. The cave dorm I stayed was simple yet extremely lovely and cozy. The pension has a spectacular view from the terrace and easy access to town centre, some of the valleys and the open-air museum.
I booked one night but stayed three. It was my best memory of Turkey.

Yusuf the owner cum caretaker is a great advisor. He gives advice when asked for and prudent. The entire staff was very helpful and accomodating with flexibility in checking out. rooms are clean. view from terrance is fantastic, free apple tea served upon requirement. nice breakfast. location is convenient, only 2-3min walk from goreme city center and otogar(bus station). It's a small hotel so you will know everyone from the hotel. We had so much fun with the nice staff and the passionate turkish family who also stayed in the hotel. among all the hotels we stayed in turkey (2wks) this one has the best value for its price. highly recommend!

Our room on the 2nd floor had a view onto the river and the hills opposite, early in the morning you could see the balloons taking off.

As a frequent traveller, I must say this is one of the best places
I've stayed.
The place is nicely decorated -- not too much, but with a genuine touch of warmth.
The breakfast is delicious, although it repeats the same menu everyday, what they offer are nutritious and I've never gotten tired of eating healthy and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is as advertised, our room was a cave room, very pretty. The
owner/manager Sahin was a very helpful person, and guided us
around the area in a very good manner. The hotel is quite high up the
hills (so it is a bit of a climb!), and there is a good view from the
terrace itself.
If you go, say hi to lucky the dog for me.
CAUTION - I think the caves are still evolving, as you would find dust and tiny particles over the floor in the morning. People with allergies or such should stay clear

people in Cappadocia were very sincere and went out of their way to help

Manager is truly excellent, very helpful. Room was pretty good, was disappointed at first I could not get a hot shower before our 430am balloon ride but then I realised the hot water was solar powered so I am completely okay with that.
Excellent view from top balcony, close to town and sunset point.
Can't praise the manager enough, he was great value...other staff sepaka not so gooda ingrish do
Loved it though, would recommend it any day.
