This is a new hotel and as such is still in really good condition. I was really impressed with the room and as stated on their own website and by previous reviews it is just like a home from home. The staff was very friendly and ready to help in e dry way. I was looking for local vegetarian food, they recommended a place drove me there and pick me up after dinner. The rooms were very quiet for a hotel next to the airport. I am a light sleeper and I sleep well, there were no noise form airport.

We had booked a suite room because we have 2 small children, but it was unavailable. The staff was helpful in giving us two rooms next to each other for the same price. The staff was helpful in calling us a taxi for a dinner out, and providing the early shuttle service to the airport. I was also amazed that the breakfast was put out so early. Our children were able to grab a sandwich before our 5 am departure to the airport.

The design of the rooms were modern, clean and bright and exactly as advertised..... the reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and available at all times. We stayed here because of its proximity to the Izmir airport -- and it did turn out to be very easy to drive to the airport from here. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

Everything. I upgraded my room with some fair charge and in return had a
sea view room with some additional privileges. (Executive club) In the
11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus
some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.
Location was perfect, also personnel was quite kind and helpful.

BROWNIE - this is the first thing I remember about KAYA - the best brownie I have had was served in their lavish breakfast spread. I loved it. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure. Overall our best stay in Izmir. -
