Very friendly and professional staff. Located halfway (10 minutes walking) between the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar, 5 minutes to tram. Clean rooms, many food shops nearby.

Yousf the manager is so helpful and caring. He helped us a lot as 1 person in our group needed to go to the hospital.

Good location, walking distance to Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya. Staff were helpful and spoke English. Air conditioning, washing machine and good WiFi. Parking available at 15 Turkish Lira per day on street if you can find a space. Also, try the Hotel Serdivan by the same people a few doors down.

Some restaurant smells when not using air con. A few minor electrical issues.

Very friendly stuff, clean rooms. 10 minutes walk to Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque. By tram easy to go to Europe side of Istanbul. Good choice for stay in this city.

mr yusif manager was great help and very nice to my family offered lots of help also staff were great too . clean and location was great to see old istanbul city .

Very good place to look around without public transport. Very nice owner and other stuff. everything is renovated and elevater is working.

In the room was very hot and sometimes elevater not working it was hard to climb in to 6 floor, in three days it happiens 2 times.

Location. Lots of room. Breakfast on the terrace.

The name of the hotel changed and we were never informed. I think the name is now Surdivan, or a similar spelling. The hotel promised to fix the tv but didn't do it. We wanted to pay with credit card and staff insisted on cash.
