Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. another hotel but chose to stay at the Intercontinental. Unfortunately I
did not therefore have time to use the pool, spa or other hotel
facilities. The concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us with

My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.
We enjoyed our stay at Centre Point Chid

Everything.. Hotel is spic and spam, staff are so friendly with such lovely smiles on their faces all the time. I glad I picked the right one from so many options in Bangkok. I have never seem any city worh sp mich traffoc prpblem, so best way to travel is by train and this hotel is Walking distance from train station. 1 stop to Siam and one stop to MBK! Convenient for shopping. And ofcourse for business trip, it's right in business district. Will go back again, for sure!

The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them.

The Service was Impeccable, i couldn't fault any of the staff in their manner and customer service. Especially the concierge, she went to amazing lengths to make sure that i could travel to and from the hotel safely and economically. The breakfast was brilliant and the facilities live up to their description if not better.
