it's very clean, cozy and staff is very nice and good at english. before i arrived, he had made preparation. given the expense, it's very worth. i believe i will go there again next time.

because it's by the road, a bit noisy when motor passes through at night. But it's acceptable for me.

Everything! The Paradise on the Earth! Outstanding location, outstanding landscapes, outstanding services, outstanding staff - extremely friendly, we felt like the belly of the world...and it definitely seemed the best resort in the area, which is the best there also. We never go twice in the same place in this world, but there we would go every year. Congratulations to the team!

Phi Phi Isalnds is a beautiful place..you have to go there if you're in the South of Thailand. Th Holiday Inn was a quite good hotel. Staff is so nice!

The hotel is in great location, quiet, amazing sea, the best beach i have ever been to, nice rooms (beach side boungolous) good breakfast

not many options for launch / dinner around hotel so quite expensive relatively to thailand. expect to spend 1200-1500 baht dinner for a couple

Amazing place! Really a Paradise , it is located outside of the town center. 2 swimming pools, great beach, really friendly staff that takes care for everything you need. We highly recommend them! Just in a side note - due to the isolation of the resort the prices are more expensive for everything compared to the town.

Beautiful sea view and wonderful location. Very good room design, especially for then opened shower room. Nice service, nice swimming pool.

Far away from Phuket, need take about 2.5 hours from Phuket to Ton Sai Pier and another 40 mints from Ton Sai to Holiday Inn Resort. Room is smaller than imaged without comb, tooth brushes and slippers.

Everything is perfect , the staff is really friendly , prices are very moderate , the view and the activities available will not make you feel on an isolated island yet you find the ease you are looking for .

First of all the view is so amazing that you can open your bangol's door and look to sky and the blue clear water. I recommended to book a beach front bangol that will help you to stay near the sea and enjoy the time. Second is the breakfast buffeh was excellant and it was the best for me in all holiday inn hotels that i went to and the breakfast include both american and thai food . The resort also have different activities that can be fit to families and honeymooners it contain trips free snorkling sets free towels for the beach . THE best thing for us that you can have your meal in the beach . I advice all of you to visit that resort its the best in MY LIFE i'll never forget that experience ... You must be comfortable with the tropical life insects.. But they provied every room with a insects killer.

Isolated and amazing beach, helpful staff, good rooms. Combined with the local restaurants on the beach it's a great place, albeit a little expensive.

Breakfast and other meals are pricey. Getting to the hotel from the pier costs 1000 baht if you miss the hotel shuttle - so don't miss it ! :)

The location is the best. We were lucky to have a villa in front of the sea and it was amazing. The services of the hotel such as the available trips and the restaurants that it is offered are very good. It was the best place where we stayed during our holidays.

Everything, such an amazing place and far from the buzz in Phi Phi. The resort is located almost in a private beach where the water is crystal clear and you swim with fishes. Many options for recreation or relaxation. I loved and can't wait to be back.

The location was absolutely beautiful

but a bit far to be able to go anywhere outside the hotel without having to pay for a boat. As we were only there for two nights this was not an issue.

Nice resort with an amazing location right on the beach. The rooms/small bungalows had all the necessities and were very comfortable.

The resort is definitely a bit overpriced (including activities and food). No free shuttle service to the town at all.

Bad points.... Over priced food in the hotel... And have to pay 2000thb to get to phi phi town. 2 x restaurants outside the hotel that are cheaper and better food.

Great location. It is secluded and a little quiet but it fit our needs perfectly. Great rooms, we had a standard bungalow, breakfast was good as well, and the pool/beach were great. Service from the staff was great as well. Reading the reviews before we went had us worried, but personally, I found everything great. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend on the basis for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Id say the price is a little expensive, and that there was no access to the main part of Phi Phi in the evening. I wasnt there to party every night until 4am but to have had the choice would have been nice. You do feel a little cut off, and though I would return to the hotel, I'd likely do it for a maximum of 4 nights before moving on to somewhere a little more lively.

My room was upgraded to seaside room from the garden view room, it's great hotel with beautiful beach and nice staff. Also you can find nice food in other restaurant near from (jasmine). You also can order snorking in the hotel.

The food in the hotel is not good enough for the price level.

The Italian restaurant in the resort is very expensive and the food it serves is simply bad. Next to the resort there is an excellent local restaurant called "Jasmin" which is far better option for dinner.
