  The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was a good size. The aircon was well maintained and worked well, which is a god send in that heat! It was in quite an ideal spot, the beach was a short walk away and the busy streets were close enough to walk to but far enough away to not hear them from our room.   We had a room with a view, sliding doors and balcony. Our bed was decorated with petals and towels in shape of love heat. Wi fi is free and staff very accommodating. Hotel owner very friendly and in general staff will try their best what ever your request. Room was large and adequate storage, safe and mini bar. Patong beach 10 minute walk and Bangla Road probably about ha - Outdone expectations for such a low cost. Staff were always smiling and happy to help and owner was always around. Located 10-15 minute walk from beach and busy bars/restaurants. Room: good decor, excellent wifi connection, good tv, large and clean bathroom with good shower. Fresh water and towels everyday. Restaurant: good range of European and Thai dishes at a reasonable price, attentive staff. Kitchen was visible and looked very clean.

  The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed. The staff are helpful and the facilities are great. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior at no extra charge. The bed base was a little squeaky, but being in Patong we had a bit of a laugh about it. No internet but very cheap or just go to thé café opposite and have it for free. Clean rooms, quiet, with elevator.small balcony for the smokers Beach just 1 km away. Nightlife around the hotel but the street is very quite. Breakfast /lunch/dinner available at different locations close to the hotel.

  The hotel was brand new. And the spaces was spacious . its good for those who is looking for quietness .   Hello to all at the Guesthouse..... Hi i,m John and i arrived in Thailand with no reservations but being my fourth trip to Patong i caught up with a few locals i know and asked if anyone new of a good place to stay with a swimming pool.... I was directed to this guesthouse and it was perfect for my needs.. The staff are very pleasant and accom... co mówią ludzie » modating to any of you needs and will help any way they can... It is located close enough to all that Patong has to offer yet far enough to get away - the place is rather quiet especially after a noisy town. Despite the 10-15 minutes walk to the beach I find this place very relaxing friendly and hospitable and of course romantic.this hotel will be suitable both for people of different ages.tastes and preferencies. While walking to the beach you can call in cafes with different quisine, do the shopping. The hosts are friendly and pleasant people.In short it is an enjoyable place from my point of view.

  The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and most important very clean. We where welcomed upon check in and they carried our luggages to our room. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the big shopping mall where you can find good restaurants to eat. Also very close to Bangla road which is only around 2 minutes by walk from the shopping mall. We checked in at 9pm and Darm, the owner and his staff took us on - was great place.... Owner got golden heart. He suggest us best places around. And even take us to dinner :) There staff was great too and very helping. They got cheapest tour packages, which is almost double rates outside. Best hotel..i gona stay here again for sure
