I have stayed at this hotel many times and I will always return when in BKK. On this stay there was a big problem where the water supply cut out for a whole day but the way the staff handled everything was exceptional.
I can understand people who had to fly out that morning losing their temper about it but other guests were a little over the top

This happened on my birthday and the hotel left me a cake in my room for when I got back that night. A real special touch. -
The location was superb, very near to Atpong night market, food and mall. Walking distance to Sala deng Bts station. the room was just enough, clean and quiet. I was expecting to see the bathroom without a door as what the others have mentioned. But when we stayed there 18th dec 2013, the sloding door was installed. Definitely, will come back again to Bangkok and will stay in this hotel.

Booked a junior suite and a grand deluxe, liked the latter better, with
carpet, bigger shower room, brighter. Junior suite is very dim, but has
a microwave and a separate dinning area/workdesk. Both rooms are
very clean and comfy. Rooftop pool, where breakfast is served, is very
nice. Bkfast is decent and changed menu daily, egg station is a nice
touch! Wifi chargable, but very fast and cheap, only 100B/day! Bts

The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and courteous. I arrived very early in the morning, yet they allowed me to check in and go to my room long before the official check in time. Bearing in mind the location it was very quiet, with very little outside noise. - Perfect location just next to the night market. Lovely little pool area

The best staff ever - extremely kind, polite and service-minded - really high-class. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. Our Guest Record was pre-filled, so we only had to sign it and hence we had a quick check-in. Good location very close to the night

I love the staff at this place. They're so nice, from the doormen to the desk staff and the cleaning staff. My partner and I always felt very welcome here, which is nice because some places make us feel unwelcome because we're a same-sex couple. Also, the internet connection here is quite good - much better than at the Tawana Hotel across the street, where we used to stay.

Budget friendly place and I checked inn at midnight but still the staff was very cheerful and kind and srved chilled water and allowed me to check inn without paying. As I hadnt exchanged my money. I recommend this place as very safe for female travellers and also near to shopping centres . -

Nice looking rooms, staff is helpfull and speaks pretty good English, everything is clean enough, all the necessary services are available. Breakfast is ok thought may be not really a big choice. - It is a new hotel, so everything is very nice. The staff was spoke very good english and was very helpfull, I would differently recommed this hotel.
