We liked the hotel because it is clean, the rooms are very spacious and is near the metro station (5 min walk, without luggage). Also the area is quied, away from the crowded and noisy city.
Who wants peace, comfort and ease while to get anywhere in the city using public transportation (metro or boat) recommend this hotel. Taxis is cheap but in most cases taxi drivers do not put taximeters but prefers to negotiate the price, which is usually double or even triple.

Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient
to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor

Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful.
The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous.
Night lights were impressive.
Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you.
No noise in rooms at all, very quiet.
It felt very luxurious to stay there.
