My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

An excellent hotel. Couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. the Horizon Club and appreciated the extra benefits it offered. This
includes a top 3 floor position and view of the river, and all day
snacks and non alcoholic and the happy hour each night. It is placed in

Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. -

Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them.

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor.
