Not excellent but brilliant! That is the word I will use to describe
this hotel. We had our anniversary trip and were upgraded to 1 bedroom
apartment for free! Room cleaned every day. Everyone, from reception,
security, restaurant to cleaning lady were friendly. Special thanks to

Наш номер выходил как раз на ту стройку, про которую тут многие писали, но она нисколько не повредила нашему отдыху. Днем мы гуляли, а вечером работы заканчивались. Да и шума от работ мы особо не слышали. Персонал был очень вежлив и вполне улыбчив. Тут ведь как - если вы улыбаетесь, то и вам улыбаются, а если вы серьезны - то и ответ такой же. - Extremely friendly and helpful staff. (We checked in and out of this hotel 3 times and they were very helpful in ordering us cabs, storing our bags, helping us do laundry late at night, and even upgraded our room)

The location is excellent, very close to Nana station. There is a night
market few meters from the hotel and many restaurants and bars on the
same road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were speaking

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights this month between May 15 and 21. I find the staff and the location to be excellent. The room is very clean thought it is bit small in size. I would recommend atleast a chair in the room to sit and watch the TV, which I really missed. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if ever make another trip to BKK, and would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

there since local food markets were within 5min. Bts Skytrain and pier
were also within a 5 min walk. Awesome location if you want to go to

Excellent service, very accessible location, staff were very helpful with information about the city, would recommend the hotel for a short visit to Bangkok. Sathorn pier is a 5 minute walk away, and much of the old city is best visited by the ferry. Shopping districts accessible from the BTS station, also a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. -

It is a Luxury 5 Star Hotel but there is no Beach, I would have trouble finding a back packer... It is close to the shops, and although I did not get a chance to experience the Spa/Relaxation faciitiees I have no doubt they would be up to par - Show me nature and wild life in that region of yhe city and I will be impressed....

Location, the room was great, nicely decorated and well equipped with good view. Water and complimentary bathroom items were very useful. Very great staff! I booked this hotel as the first stop of honeymoon in Thailand, and when we arrived here we found that they upgraded our room for free. Honestly, you'll always enjoy the service with smile right here, which also did impress us a lot.

Best all round hotel I have stayed in Bangkok having being to the city a
couple of times. For just a few hundred bahts more than the average budget-
hotel, this standard 3-star hotel offers much more luxury. It makes
budget hotel price seem over rated.
Clean room, quality bed and quilt (not blanket), and toilet that one would expect from a branded hotel chain. Super helpful and friendly hotel staff who remembers their guests on extended stay.
