The hotel staff lied to us that one of the two rooms that we booked had plumbing problems in the toilet when actually they gave our room away and we had to transfer to a lower standard hotel of the same price.wszystkie opinie »
When I arrived the reception person told me i needed a print out of the booking as letsbookhotel.com pays later and they wanted to see the booking. Had to go onto their wifi and try and find the booking. I was complaining and they eventually accepted my booking with a cash payment there and then prior to providing access to the room.
