Ryan the manager was excellent, very helpful and cheerful. Most amazing bunk beds, they are part of a purpose built locker/bed combo the result being you could jump on one bed and the other would not move. Extremely clean, large dorm with set of toilets and showers for each dorm. Air Con and wifi in rooms. Excellent location, one min walk to beach, one min walk to town but set off main road - down a track so no noise from all the road traffic. Good Dream Hostel is actually the most comfortable hostel I was staying in so far. The bed was comfy, they change the sheets if you ask, clean the room 2 times a day. There are small shelves for each bed, so you can pack out some of your stuff and feel like home *which is great if you are staying there longer. Staff was friendly and talkative. Location is good.
I loved this hostel. Met loads of people at this place. Great cool rooms with plenty of room and very clean. Staff were helpful and lovely and the location is perfect!! Off the street so not noisy. Loved it!!!.
Cheap, good location, lovely dorm rooms, good locker space to keep belongings safe. Close enough to the beach/bars but not so close it disturbs you at night. Would definitely stay again when I return to Koh Tao.
The location in the road and 2 minutes walking to the beach. Near but not inside the area of restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean. Big rooms and space outside the room for beach towels and bathsuits.

good value for the money, clean big rooms, each bed has its own light and socket, 2 showers and toilets per room (8 people). you can hang your towels outiside.

Internet was not working for a couple of days, but we are there to sunbath, not to sit online, right? Hot showers should be renovated, because all the hot water runs out thru the broken shower pipe, not thru the head.

Someone was using two lockers so I couldn't lock my valuables away and the staff didn't seem to care about sorting it out.

Staff were the worst I've ever experienced - they just ignored us the whole 5 days we stayed. Felt like we werent welcome even though it's a guesthouse! Staff on tour desk also got quite angry when I enquired about a ferry ticket and decided to wait and see what my partner thought before booking.
Doors on rooms were not secure. Lock often slipped out and didn't lock the room.
