  Hotel Magic is run by the people at Hotel Krone who are extremely nice and have an excellent breakfast spread. Second time I've stayed at Magic. Kind of fun even though some of the rooms don't have the greatest view, however some are great. Clean and private.Overall 8.5/10. - Very individual hotel and great location to see everything in Luzern!

The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action.   Having stayed at the hotel previously and arriving very late in the evening the night porter was very efficient and the need to register on arrival was not necessary as details were available from the last visit. From the cleaners, to waiters to managers all had a superb attitutude. My room had all I need and more, nice little touches and so affordable.   My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010. She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. - Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.
