Quirky decor and design very interesting.The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Free Tram pass provided was brilliant and so easy to use and get around.Coffee machine, nuts and water were nice gestures.Breakfast good and served until 1pm- so ideal for travellers or just leisurely start to the day. -

Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bus stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit
... co mówią ludzie » the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. It is about 20 minutes tram ride to Basel. For my liking the hotel bar could do with not closing at midnight. There is a good free Tea/Coffee making machine in the hotel lobby. I believe that this is a good hotel to stay at for both business and leisure, we would stay here again.

I had my passport nicked while at a bathhouse. The staff at the reception were very helpful and put up well with a panicked traveler.
The babbling brook right outside is a very nice touch.
Breakfast is good. Nice bread, nice cheeses, yogurt, cereals, coffee is gratis in the morning.
Overall, it's a very nice hostel though only a hostel which are generally only as good as the guests who are present.

This hotel offers excellent value, is in easy reach of the motorway and a lovely walk along the Rhine is only 5 mins away.
The staff were helpful and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a Social Enterprise with green credentials. I would highly recommend it for a 1/2 night stopover in Basel. -

I recieved confirmation from letsbookhotel.com and the YMCA Hostel, Basel, each with different prices - 92 CHF and 99 CHF respectively. I paid the higher price, but difference was small so it didn't matter much. Also, clearer directions to the hotel are needed on your web site - I would have liked turn-by-turn directions from the station. I wandered for 25 minutes before I finally found it..
