The location, room itself, bathroom and services were excellent, itwas the only hotel I've ever seen that had a laptop inside the roomconnected to the internet 7/24 and for free. Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

We loved staying in Seville, especially in such a beautifully maintained apartment in a lovely block, situated in the heart of the old town. Mayte was a very helpful and generous host. This apartment totally made me a apartment aficionado. I will never stay in a hotel or B&B again.
It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there.
The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local
attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate,
with the most comfortable beds we experienced on our one month trip!!

The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
