Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The decoration of the hotel is very elegant and tasty. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is strongly recommended. wszystkie opinie »
All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.
First of all, I must commend the staff! Akima (sp?) and Jackie were both just lovely and so helpful. They made us feel like old friends! The hotel itself is so quaint and beautiful! The breakfast (included) was very nice and adequate. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Akima and Jackie! We will definitely return!.
The location is great, in the midst of the old quarter, a few stones' throw away from the iconic monuments of Sevilla. it is an elegant town-house, the ex-US consulate in the city, well renovated and attractive. Excellent and varied breakfast. The staff is young and full of attentions. This address is recommended.
Excellent Hotel within 5 min walk from the Cathedral. Straff were very friendly and accomodating. Was in March so quiet so felt like we were only guests, an oasis of calm. Lovely oldy worldy charming decoration. Everything worked!.
Lovely hotel, felt like being welcomed into someone's home. Free water. Very helpful staff researched bus and train times and prices for us. Great roof terrace. Fabulous location in the heart of things but in a quiet street.
Lovely Brazilian/Japanese receptionist - great info and very interesting pleasant person. VG location. VG breakfast. Quiet room. Spotlessly clean. Nice biscuits and chocs that one could help oneself to in the reception area.
Location was superb. two minutes walking from everything.
Friendly stuff nice and clean room, had great breakfast every morning.
I would definitely return to this hotel again.
Very friendly staff superb location (but on the letsbookhotel.com page it
should be explained that Mezquita is a very narrow road just off Plaza
Santa Cruz) excellent internet.
Fantastic in every way - beautiful, comfortable and staffed with the most helpful and generous staff that I have yet encountered. Unbelievably good.
very friendly and helping staff, clean room, wifi everywhere, very good breakfast, premium location as it's only 10 minutes walking from cathedral.
First of all greeted by very lovely staff who were ever so helpful. Decor a treat and the room was beautiful. I could not fault it.
Staff service exceeded my expectations. Great location. Rooms clean and quiet. No noise from outside. Breakfest very good.
Friendly staff, position of hotel, comfortable bed. We were allowed a late breakfast and late checkout. No stress.
Great location to all of the city center stops.
Breakfast was great.
Very quiet room.
Internet worked great.
I loved the decor. The staff was wonderful, our bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was yummy.
location is great, very close to the cathedral, nice size room, clean and comfortable.
Nice atmosphere, small and authentic place close to Sevilla old town.
Wonderful hotel located in the city center near very pleasant parks.
Friendly staff

Service.
We could still eat very late Sunday breakfast.
Great little hotel. Very personable.
Small number of rooms
Attention to detail
Breakfast included in price.
Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast.
The room was very small, although the bathroom was quite large in comparison. The hand-held shower was a little inconvenient.
The mattress was hard as stone. I would advise covering it with some kind of comfortable blanketing over-mattress.
Bit hard to find first up, narrow confusing streets make it difficult, plus no one knew where it was.. Best to ask for Plaza Santa Cruz and right next to that.
Marble floor a bit cold so more rugs would be better in winter.
Roof terrace is via a winding fire escape type staircase which may put some people off.
It's not that I didn't like anything but I wouldn't rate it a luxury hotel. My room, though nice, was definitely not what I would describe as luxury. It was fairly basic with the 'bathroom' just an area on one side of the room which was not properly closed off from the sleeping area. OK for me on my own, but might be a problem for two people.
not that easy to find when arriving for the first time and with public transport.
Pool would be the icing on the cake after a long day sightseeing.
The hotel is located in an alley - or a walkway which is part of the old town. You can't see the hotel from the street. There is free parking in the square but there may not be spots available. there is a local guy that trys to assist you in parking your car and then pumps you for 5 euros. I gave him one. He more of a pain then a help.
There is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor - a pain to carry up the luggage.
There was no elevator and we had to carry our heavy luggage up three flights of stairs.
No safe in room, hotel is quite new and some details need to be improved.
Rooms are very basic
Bathroom is not separated from room by door.
Easy to hear other hotel guests in different rooms...
Hard to find at first.
Difficult to find!
Small room but billed as a suite.
Accommodation sold as "luxury hotel" but not adequate to high standards. Rooms comfort not adequate. No lift. Rooms extremely overpriced.
