Room was very clean; fresh linens every day. I found it to be quiet. Location allowed me to walk to many of the tourist destinations. Desk was always staffed and staff were helpful.
They deliver what they promise. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The hostel is very small but quite comfortable.

No elevator -- so you need to be able to carry your bags up the narrow stairs.
There are three floors (ground floor and two others) but no lift. They don't provide any food at all. However, next door there is a bar that serves breakfast and light meals. Watch out, in August they have reduced hours of opening.
The bed! It was foam and sagged to the middle. Also staff not very outgoing.
There was no lift in the hotel.
Non of the stuff is able to speak any language other than Spanish.
It was noisy, and they need towel racks.
Quite expensive for what was provided. The person on the desk did not pick things up very easily!! It was even difficult to work out whether we had already paid or not.. Rather noisy at night.
Cramped, run down, noisy, and smells from a kitchen below we're strong...so, though needed the window open, couldn't because of smells and noise.
