Awesome place to stay! For me it would be impossible to find something better. It is the best hotel that I've ever stayed. Marina and Estefania are great. Really nice, helpful and friendly. The room have everything you will need and they will not bother in help you any time you need. Very good kitchen. The location is great as well, you can visit everything by foot without problem. Good bathroom. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. And if the weather is good there are a lovely place to stay in the roof with sofas and cushions. It's the BEST! Totally recommended.
Lovely, modern apartment. Comfortable, clean, with washer and dishwasher. Spacious. Great hosts Marina and Estefania, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Roof deck! Nice kitchen, grocery and many restaurants/bars nearby, but a quiet and safe neighborhood.
A little hard to find (our taxi driver didn't exactly know where it was), but we called Marina and she found us out on the street.

Everything. Estefania and Marina took great care of us when we arrived; we loved our duplex apartment with great views from the rooftop terrace; the hairdryers were great (important to me!); the area was fun (La Macarena) and we agree with everything that reviewer Emil from Karlsruhe said. We also wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we return to Sevilla and have already recommended it to friends. Go!

We loved everything here. We were given an upgrade which was wonderful. The information on check in was fabulous. The girls even dropped in a bottle of wine for us. The situation of the apartments is the best and the little bar/restaurant just outside the door is second to none. Recommend this place to all people going to Seville

Beautifully presented apartment in walking distance of all you would wish to see in Seville. The three ladies who run the apartments were so lovely and extremely helpful. An ideal choice for a city break.
The accommodation was excellent but the staff, Marina, Angela and Estefania, were beyond excellent. It would be impossible to find better people anywhere. They helped us so much in difficult circumstances that we could never repay their hospitality. Our new Spanish family.

Hesitate no more, book this place while you can. I am not usually so positive, but this was one of the best place I ever stayed. Extraordinary staff, welcome for our baby, comfy studio with modern kitchen, spotless clean, high quality bed, amazing location, no noise, quality A/C, and a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation, giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate, with the most comfortable beds we experienced on our one month trip!! The location is central, with many places to eat just around the corner, and the building is extremely quiet! The rooms include a washer/dryer which was a plus on our long trip. There is even a rooftop deck! This is the perfect place to stay while enjoying Sevilla!
Great location, great staff - nothing was too much trouble - great apartment. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Very good quality fit out and spotlessly clean. An easy walk to anywhere in the old town of Seville.
Wifi was not the best but this seems to be a problem everywhere we stayed in Spain. Not the end of the world though without wifi.
Welcome hospitality. Very comfy beds and spacious apartment . A washing machine and tea making facilities . Quiet room . Close for walking to sights or catching the sightseeing bus .tight security for safety .
Fittings on walls were broken or falling off . Shower and bathroom small for 2 people . Car parking was awkward with a large car in a small garage .
We had such a lovely stay, it was the first time I have travelled alone with my 4 year old daughter and Marina gave us such a lovely welcome and continued to make us feel so at home she even gave my daughter an impromptu flamenco lesson which we are still practising now :) The apartment was lovely with very comfortable beds and felt very luxurious, it was such a good choice of hotel with children. Being able to cook and have some quiet time was perfect. Although very close to shops, cafes and wonderful little back streets the actual hotel was very tranquil and cool and the roof terrace was a real bonus.When we come back to Seville (and we will because its brilliant) we will definitely be staying here again.

The two ladies running the show were most friendly, professional & seriously helpful. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay in these apartments, very spacious, airy & with all mod cons - Brill location too, v near the older part of the city (Santa Cruz). 10 out of 10! Fiona

Everything was great. Marina and Estefina were a pleasure. Great recommendations on visiting and restaurants. Everything in the apartment was excellent. The apartment is close to everything, walking distance. Sevilla is beautiful and look forward to staying again and exploring more of the area. Nice area of city to walk. I would recommend to others to stay at the hotel.

Perfect location (with car park!), and well equipped apartment. In particular the managers, Estefania and Marina, were extraordinarily helpful, welcoming and child-friendly. Restaurant recommendations were fantastic. Staying at this apartment definitely made our stay in Seville even more beautiful.
The apartment is just so lovely, nice location, with only 10 mins walk to the town center. Clean and comfort. Marina is just sooooo helpful, provided useful information and suggestion as much as she could. She helped us with flamenco reservation, restaurant recommendation, trip planning, and Alhambra booking enquire. When the wifi does not work well in our room, she even left her laptop with us. Felt at home while our stay. Will definitely come back!
If there is anything I can speak about, the wifi signal is very poor. It might due to our room is located in the top floor.

Everything was perfect. This was the best place, where stayed during our trip across Andalucia. Both Marina and Estefania are very kind, when talking with them it felt as if we were friends. They were always attentive and helpful, when we had questions or requests. They gave us lots of useful information on where to go, what to see and do, and many excellent restaurant recommendations. The house, including the apartments, the courtyard and the rooftop terrace are beautifully designed and very clean. The garage under the house is very convenient. The apartment is equipped with everything one could need, even for a longer stay. The location is also awesome, most interesting places are in walking distance, and around the house there are many bars, which give the area a good atmosphere. Sevilla is a beautiful and fun city, but staying at Conde de Torrejon 10 makes it an even better experience. If we return to Sevilla, we won't even think of staying somewhere else.
The staff treat you in a very friendly, welcoming manner. Every email/query was responded to and acted upon almost instantly. Apartment is fitted out to a very high standard, is positioned very centrally, in a quiet street.
Dishwasher was broken on arrival and wasn't repaired during our stay.

Got a warm an friendly welcome on arrival with lots of helpful info. Stayed with two couples in lovely 2-bedroom apt. Very well designed and welcoming. Kitchen was well appointed, although we would have liked an electric coffeemaker instead of the coffeepot you have to put on the heating plate. Minor quible though. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Everything! Marina gave us a warm welcome and helped us park the car in the garage. We loved the apartment. It was extremely comfortable, spacious and conveniently located. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.
The cleaning could have been more thorough. It wasn't unhygenic but there was some dust. The teabags weren't replenished so we bought our own at the corner minimart.
Very spatious Appartments. All facilities you could wish: complete kitchen with equipment including washing machine dish washer etc, good bathroom. Good beds. Close to centre, easily accessible in walking distance or by using the hop on, hop off bus ( stop 10 is in 150 meters). In meantime very quiet appartment for a good night sleep. But above all the very warm welcoming reception we had from Estefania. She gave a lot if information about what to see in the city and where you could have a good diner! Very good! Wish we could have put her in a little box to take to the other hotels we visited to show them how to let guests feel really at home! Thanks again'

The apartment was completely updated and modernized. The under ground parking was on site which meant that we did not need to roll our bags down cobblestone streets. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything within the old city. But the best part of this rental was the owner, his family and the staff. They took care of anything and everything that we needed. They were truly the most helpful and gracious hosts. Thank you.
It was a bit difficult to find the apartment especially since it was dark and raining. We could not have found it without the gps.
Walkable distance to major sights in Sevilla. Good kitchen and washer/dryer. Parking spot available (though 15EUR/night). Friendly staff (e.g., gave us a city map, provided laundry detergent and softener, etc.).
Not as nice as other apartments we stayed at on our trip, despite a similar price-point.
